What is it?

A programme to enable new Leaders to harness the knowledge of their team to provide a definitive analysis of the company situation. It will reveal emerging opportunities, key issues and their causes together with the required strategic action going forward. Additionally you will have an insight into the personalities and capabilities of the people you are to manage.

What’s Involved?

Our SCQuARE experts will work with you to:

Prior to programme:

• Identify the aim and scope for the programme
• Conduct our electronic SWOT analysis to gather information from the team

On the programme:

• Learn the SCQuARE methodology
• Apply SCQuARE to develop a plan that will be created and owned by the whole team, enabling them to focus their time and energy on execution.

After the programme:

• Finalise the plan ready for distribution throughout the workplace
