Confirmation
Registering for a SCQuARE: Training Open Programme will be considered as acceptance
of the following terms and conditions.
Payment
Priority will be given to bookings accompanied by payment (Course Fee + VAT).
When selecting the option to be invoiced separately, fees must be paid at least
14 days prior to the start of the course.
Where the Client Company issues a purchase order with terms and
conditions at variance with the terms and conditions herein, the Client Company
shall acknowledge and agree that such purchase order shall not apply and such purchase
order will only be accepted by SCQuARE International Limited for the purpose of
validating our invoice.
Fees, Charges and Accommodation
SCQuARE fees are for tuition and know-how. All programmes are residential, the costs
of which are payable by the delegate or client direct to the venue.
Delegates for whom fees have not been received may be not admitted
on the programme. Accommodation is booked by SCQuARE International Limited on behalf
of the delegate, and must be settled directly by delegates with the venue before
leaving or as agreed between the Client Company and the venue. Any special
dietary or other requirements should be communicated direct to the venue.
Cancellations
All cancellations are subject to the following charges:
- The full course fee is payable for cancellations made within
four weeks prior to the programme start date;
- All other cancellations will be subject to a 15% administration
fee.
Substitute candidates are preferred to a cancellation and will
be accepted at any time, at no extra charge.
Cancellations should be notified to SCQuARE International Limited
immediately they are known, by fax or by telephone and confirmed by letter.
Delegates and the Client Company should be aware that they or their organisation
may be liable for unfulfilled hotel bookings. They should personally ensure
that they contact the hotel and cancel their accommodation.
Participation, Materials and Equipment
All delegates are sent a synopsis of the programme. Unless stated otherwise,
all programmes are conducted in English and participants must be fluent in reading
and expressing themselves in English. Moreover, the courses are challenging
and involve hard work. Delegates who behave in a way which disrupts the programme
or other delegates may be asked to leave the programme, without refund.
All materials and equipment for the courses are provided by SCQuARE International
Limited and no prior preparation is required.

All rights are reserved. All the SCQuARE® course materials, the concept, logos,
know-how and the mnemonic are the copyright of SCQuARE International Limited, and
may be not be reproduced, stored, communicated, taught or transmitted in any form,
or by any means, electronically, mechanically or otherwise, in whole or in part,
without the prior written permission of the copyright holder.
Client Companies and delegates agree not to copy such materials, and the Client
Company is responsible for ensuring that delegates are aware of the rights vested
in these items.
Loss and Liability
Delegates have sole responsibility for their personal belongings and SCQuARE International
Limited cannot accept any liability for any loss.
SCQuARE International Limited shall not be liable for any failure to perform its
duties due to death, illness, accident, third party default or for any reason outside
the reasonable control of SCQuARE International Limited.
