What’s involved?

Participative, intensive & fun:

• Each delegate will have the opportunity to understand and work on every aspect of planning, from mission development, situation and causal analysis, problem definition, strategy creation and finally the ability to convert it all into a powerful and compelling presentation.
• Participative and fun with an emphasis on application, delegates work in teams using the methodology on real business case studies. The programme culminates with teams preparing a complete plan and delivering it in a simulated competitive environment
