SCQuARE is a global consultancy and learning organisation that specialises in working with clients to transfer and apply the critical business skill of how to generate an idea, convert it into a workable plan and then sell it.

Over 15 years of success

Co-founded by Ross Lovelock, the business was originally formed in 1993 as the partnership Magnolia House before being incorporated as SCQuARE International Ltd in 1999.

The SCQuARE methodology was born when Lovelock, whilst working for one of the world’s largest Fortune 500 companies, identified a gap in the market, specifically that there was no recognised methodology or process to help people take innovation and convert it from an initial idea into a workable plan and then sell it to their management.

The added frustration was that more and more companies would rather use a management consultant to create plans for them, rather than train their staff in the necessary skills to have the ability to do it themselves.

Today, with hundreds of live assignments completed and more than 10,000 people trained in the SCQuARE methodology, from farms in Africa to Fortune 500’s in the world’s major cities, SCQuARE is filling this gap.

Headquartered in the UK and offices in Europe, USA, Asia and Australia, to date SCQuARE has been taught in over 60 countries and 5 different languages.
