Delivery Information

• Orders under 2kg will be delivered through Royal Mail 1st Class delivery (allow 3-4 days for delivery).
• Orders over 2kg will be sent via BusinessPost (allow between 1 - 2 working days for delivery).

Larger deliveries over 2kg are made from Monday to Friday. Saturday morning delivery can be arranged but will incur an extra charge. Therefore, unless specifically requested, any orders placed by you on Friday, will not be received by you until Monday. Smaller packages sent by Royal Mail may be delivered on Saturdays if you placed the order by 11am on the Friday before.

We cannot take responsibility for orders that go missing if you have requested they be left in a non secure place. If no one is available to receive the goods at the delivery address and the package has been sent through Royal Mail, you will be left a card, with details of where you can go and collect your package or how it can be sent to you. Larger orders over 2kg that have been sent through another carrier will be re-delivered up to 3 times following the first failed delivery attempt. Should you then be unavailable the package will be returned to us and you may be liable to pay the returned postage cost which will be the same as the outgoing charge in-order to receive your goods.

International delivery outside of UK

Please contact us directly if you require goods to be delivered outside the UK as we will need to calculate postage costs for your order. We can arrange for standard delivery or faster delivery options.

Standard Delivery: Maximum weight for standard delivery airmail is 5kg. Larger orders will be split into multiple packages. Dispatch is normally within 24 to 48 hours of ordering. Most orders to Europe arrive approximately 3 working days after dispatch. Most orders outside Europe arrive approximately 5 working days after dispatch.
