Sofia is responsible for setting up and managing the SCQuARE division in Portugal. Sofia’s bilingual capabilities enable her to deliver SCQuARE training and strategy workshops in both English and Portuguese as required.
Sofia specialises in Strategic, Operational and Commercial Planning with extensive experience in International FMCG companies. Sofia started her career as Financial Analyst with Proctor and Gamble and then Finance Director at Benckiser. More recently, Sofia spent six years as Planning Director for PepsiCo, before starting her own business providing business intelligence services to companies on an outsourcing basis.
Sofia is married with two children. Outside of work, Sofia enjoys painting, scuba-diving and travelling.
