Mel has been a SCQuARE Consultant since joining the company in 2004.
Mel has 15 years experience working for Grand Metropolitan, Courage, New Zealand Milk and Colgate Palmolive primarily in a variety of Production Management and Sales roles. After eight years as a brewer, Melanie moved into the dairy industry overseeing the cultural and mechanical transformation of the Cheese Factory at NZM. Within Sales, Melanie was responsible for developing some of Colgate’s biggest accounts. Melanie brings a passion for training and development as well as 8 years of experience applying SCQuARE within business.
Mel is married with two children and spends her spare time cycling, skiing and cooking gourmet food.
