SCQuARE Consultant
Jem manages the USA SCQuARE office and is Account Director for one of our major pharmaceutical clients. He is extremely well-versed in training clients in SCQuARE and in its subsequent application to the production of strategic business plans and proposals. Jem has worked globally for SCQuARE International since 1998, applying his practical expertise to areas as diverse as corporate re-structuring, marketing and brand planning, consumer banking, media & technology, public sector initiatives and communication plans.
Jem has over 12 years experience in operations management with major companies such as Grand Metropolitan, Serco, and ICL. Jem followed his BSc in Hospitality Management with an MBA and a Masters Degree in Training and Development. For the last 15 years, Jem has worked as a consultant, advising clients in both the private and public sectors on HR issues and people development policies and procedures.
Jem is married with two teenage children. He is a keen golfer and an avid book-reader.
